THE KABUKU Inc. (the "Company") handles personal information of customers obtained through "Sushi Matcha" (the "Service") in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws, as follows.
Article 1 (Definition of Personal Information)
"Personal information" in this Policy refers to information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, email address, phone number, or other descriptions, or that contains individual identification codes, as defined in Article 2 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

- Booking/contract information: Name, email address, phone number, number of participants, booking date/time
- Health information: Food allergies, dietary restrictions, other health considerations
- Payment information: Payment method, payment history (Credit card numbers and other payment details are managed by payment processors; we do not retain them)
- Photos/videos taken during experience: Those containing customer images
- Communication information: Inquiry content, email correspondence records
- Website usage information: IP address, browser type, browsing history, cookie information, access logs
Article 3 (Purpose of Use)
We use collected personal information for the following purposes:
- Accepting bookings, sending confirmations, and providing experience programs
- Allergy accommodations and other measures necessary for customer safety
- Billing and payment processing
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Sending service notifications and campaign information (only with customer consent)
- Service quality improvement, new service development, and marketing analysis
- Service promotion on our website, social media, and advertising (using photos/videos)

(4) Photos/videos: Period necessary to achieve purpose of use
After the retention period, personal information is promptly deleted or destroyed.
Article 8 (Customer Rights)
Customers may request the following under the Personal Information Protection Act:
(1) Notification of purpose of use of retained personal data
(2) Disclosure of retained personal data
(3) Correction, addition, or deletion of retained personal data
(4) Suspension or erasure of use of retained personal data
(5) Suspension of provision of retained personal data to third parties

Article 9 (International Customers)
Personal information of international customers is managed on servers in Japan.
Customers from EU/EEA may have rights under GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection). Please contact us to exercise these rights.
Personal information may be provided to third parties outside Japan (OTA platform operators, etc.) as necessary for the purposes stated in this Policy.
Article 10 (Minors' Personal Information)
Personal information of minor customers is treated as provided with parental consent. Parents may exercise the rights in Article 8 regarding minor customers' personal information.
Article 11 (Policy Changes)
We may change this Policy due to legal amendments, business changes, or other reasons.
Changes take effect upon posting to our website.
