A five-star outing, for the whole group
From corporate teams to bachelorette parties — no experience needed, and everyone leaves with sushi they made themselves.
"The sushi experience was great. I came with a group of 4 people. The location was clearly marked and easy to access from the Asakusa station. The hosts Hiro and Sora gave us chef jackets to wear and started us off with a sake toast and proceeded to offer as much sake as we wanted throughout the class. The sushi demonstration was fun and engaging. The amount of sushi we each made was a lot and we were quite full at the end. The experience ended with matcha drinks. 10/10 I would do again! This would be a great fit for a corporate outing or a date."

"A highlight of our Japan trip so far! Our family (2 adults, a tween and a child) had a fantastic time this afternoon learning to make both sushi rolls (maki) and fish on rice (nigiri) sushi, and enjoying matcha and sake. There were 7 people in our session, so great hands on attention from both the host and the chef. Getting to eat our creations was great and it was enough for our dinner. Highly recommended!"

"This one! So much better than the big group tourist classes. Small and intimate setting, authentic sushi. Fun teachers. Having all you can drink sake, matcha making, and a mochi dessert were an awesome bonus. Highly recommend!"

The Experience
One table, one team — in one 90-minute class
Sushi · Sake · Matcha

Everyone rolls, no one watches
Every guest gets their own station, rice and fillings — and job titles dissolve the moment the first nigiri falls apart. Facing each other across the long table, the conversations start on their own.

Kanpai, then feast
Raise a cedar masu of sake together, then sit down to eat what everyone made. The boss's wobbly maki next to the newbie's perfect plate — that's the story your group will retell for years.

Settle it with matcha
The finale is a whisk-off: who gets the finest froth? A calm, hands-on finish before your group heads back out into Asakusa.
